"TOOL 107" stamped on the case back refers to the one-piece case construction Omega used for better sealing. Inside is the dependable automatic calibre Omega 1481.

The date changes by pushing the crown — a quick-change mechanism particular to the period, and rather endearing.

The dedicated three-link bracelet runs cleanly out of the case, sits neatly under a cuff and still makes itself felt. For anyone looking for a vintage watch nobody else will be wearing.
