The centre of the dial carries fine, beautiful guilloché engraving, its geometric pattern drinking in the light and giving it back.
Blued steel Breguet hands sharpen the beauty of the watch and leave an impression on anyone who sees it.
A case 34mm across and 7.5mm thick.
A slim design with every unnecessary ornament removed, which brings out the dignity of the watch.
Uncompromising work right down into the details makes this not merely a watch but a piece that wears its era — worthy of the Girard-Perregaux name.
Girard-Perregaux.
Its origins go back to the moment when the young Jean-François Bautte set out on the path of the watchmaker at the age of twelve.
In 1791, at twenty-one, he produced his first original model, and watchmaking began under the name of the Bautte company.
It was that company which later took the Girard-Perregaux name and wrote itself into history as the fourth-oldest watch brand in the world.
