A watch concentrating Girard-Perregaux's aesthetics of the 1980s. A gently curved oval case of 29 × 31mm, and a single diamond holding its ground at twelve o'clock. The refinement is understated rather than showy, and it still works at a modern cuff.

The in-house calibre GP 101-902, neatly decorated with Côtes de Genève. The faint resistance as the crown winds the mainspring, and the precise gear train supported on 17 jewels, are still keeping accurate time after nearly half a century.

— Modern colour —

A grey hairline dial, tightened by a black inner ring: intelligent and modern.

The case carries heavy 20-micron gold plating, quite unlike present-day plating, with a depth of lustre easily mistaken for solid gold.
