Frasquita was a jeweller in Spain, established in the 1800s, which handled watches from IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre and others.

The Cal. Venus 175 was used in Breitling's Chronomat and Navitimer from the 1940s to the 1960s, and its base movement came from the Venus 150 family.

The shape of the movement's bridges differs slightly; otherwise the construction is almost identical.
